Just a sneak peek of tomorrow's #ootd.
In the meanwhile let me catch up with the Blogger Interview Series Tag from
How did you get into blogging?
Hmm... I've been following other blogs for ages and had so much creativity to share
that I thought: Why not create an own base for it? I've collected so much stuff about
fashion back in the days, my ring binders and files on the desktop were overflowed...
To create a blog was a great opportunity to have all my inspo in one place.
What advice would you give to a blogger just starting out?
1. Don't raise high expectations on you and blogging. It should be fun most of all.
2. It's nice to be important. But it's more important to be nice. So, be nice to people.
3. Give yourself time to learn, explore and grow!
What be your dream campaign?
Frankly, I've never thought about it. Read #1.
Nevertheless it doesn't mean I don't care, if I really like one and totally stand behind
the idea of its social purpose I would use my farreaching "voice" to support it.
Do you have a plan for your blog?
The truth is I'm not planning in advance. Sure, some of the posts are scheduled... since
you know promotion and all... But most of the action blogwise happens quite intuitively.
I'm not a pro as you can tell! Many different things build on top of each other and
sometimes they're just coincidences.
What do you think about rankings?
Blessing and curse! A blog can't live without them and a blogger wish they wouldn't
even exist. Rankings can be very useful and valuable, if you know how to use them.
But at the end of the day, it's your thing, your blog, your content. Surprise,
surprise: I can't please all my followers, however I try my best to implement all
the tips and feedback you're giving me day by day. But besides that, it's the person
who counts, the connection and maybe friendship which can turn into a loyal
readership one day.
Happy Monday to each of you and thank you for following this blog!
Lovely to read your thoughts about blogging! Keep up the good work, love your posts :) !

Great interview my friend! The questions were really interesting and I loved your answers. What I love about blogging is that you can connect with people that otherwise you probably wouldn't know. And yes, we should never lose the fun in it, the worst thing that can happen to a blogger is that his/her own blog becomes a chore.

I definitely agree that blogging should be fun and it's essential to be nice. I agree with Deborah that it's great to connnect with people you'd never meet otherwise
ReplyDeleteSuze | LuxuryColumnist
Being nice is so so important in my view! At the end of the day, people will only want to read your blog if they like you, and I think a lot of bloggers don't try as hard on this aspect/realize it. You've been amazing with your comments though, and I always love talking with you!

ReplyDeleteYou are right that as bloggers, we should make fun of it at all times :)
What is important is that we are progressing and we are learning something from one another :)
And that just makes us a successful blogger :)
