NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL WITH L'ORÉAL PARIS

When it comes to fashion, I stick to the motto: "Less is More".
The same applies to Makeup! Why you should consider doing the same?

"Because you're worth it."
You're worth it to show your real beauty to the outside and not to hide yourself
behind a mask, created by tons of Makeup.
You're worth it to shine, regardless of situation and age since beauty is timeless.
And most of all, you're worth it to be you!
From my very first mascara by L'Oréal Paris, I've been a fan of this
worldwide represented and affordable brand.
Double Extensions Mascara
The white base coat nourishes lashes  and visibly lengthens them for a ultra
long effect, step by step.
Color Riche La Palette Nude Rose
To keep the focus on the eyes, I love using eye
shadow palettes, those are convenient since you can play with different colors
at once. Though it has also dark colors (i. e. for smokey eyes) I prefer the light shades
for a bright and awake daily look.

Glam Bronze - Duo Sun Powder
I LOVE Bronzer, it gives you this instant holiday feel
glow all over the year. This one comes for the brunet and blonde beach babes. The mix
of light and dark colors is perfect for individual apply intensity. Love it!

Perfect Match - Le Correcteur Concealer
I actually use this concealer for my eye area when in hurry but most of the time as a base
coat before applying the eye shadows or to skip the foundation.
Superliner Brow Artist
Speaking of convenience, this liner is magic!
Except of the obvious pencil it comes with a soft brush and fixing wax for the perfect
shaped eye brows.

Nude Magique Eau de Teint
It doesn't happen quite often that I have to skip the foundation because of the
Un-makeup look which can be created by the pump free Eau de Teint. The very
light formula might be too light for winter but in combination with the concealer, it
creates quickly and easily the desired natural teint without edges.

Color Riche L'Extraordinaire Lipstick (l.)
Color Riche turned 30! There's no wrong with 30, so let's get extraordinary refined lips. :)

Color Riche Caresse (m.)
Remember the light, almost transparent formula of
Eau de Teint foundation, well I consider Caresse as the delicate version for the lips.
Instant weightless feel!

Shine Caresse Lip Gloss (r.)
It's poppin! Did I mention, lip glosses are my guilty pleasure? I love collecting them -
the rich colors and smooth feel are the cherry on top of a natural and nude Makeup.

  1. I do agree that "Less is More" applies to a lot of things I do in life, like in style and makeup! It's actually so ridiculous for me to the point of not wearing makeup at all that often, haha. My usual makeup routine consists of an eyebrow pencil and highlighter, and...that's it. Thank you for sharing this with us, Ira!

  3. Look at all the makeup I don't have the money to buy! Hahaha! I do agree that 'Less is More' even though I work as an MUA and should pile and pile on makeup on my face! Haha! I don't wear makeup as often as people think though surprisingly! For me, makeup is great but you do you. Whether it's having blue eyeshadow on or no makeup at all! <3

  4. When it comes to makeup, I find that the older I get I am more impatient with it, so I like to have makeup that is quick and easy on-the-go. Pretty low maintenance for my routine, but I do love the nude eye shadows and options available. My favourite is probably blush. Many times, I just wear a hint of blush and lipstick and call it a day. Great photos!

  9. I definitely agree that less is more! When I'm in a rush, eyeliner and mascara are my go-to, and a touch of lipbalm or lipgloss (I love lipgloss, too!) :) I'm also a fan of eyeshadow palettes! I love experimenting with the different colours, and yes, it's super convenient to have them all in one place! Oooh, I must give that Double Extensions Mascara a go, it sounds lovely, and I'm always excited to try new ones. Have a great weekend, Ira! x

  17. I'm definitely with you on a less is more approach when it comes to makeup Ira! I used an earlier version of that mascara and really loved it. Having that base coat really gives a boost to the lashes. I'll definitely have to look out for this one the next time I'm at the drugstore.

I sometimes wear no make up whatsoever because I'm lazy, however, I try not to make this a habit because than I would forget the little I know about make up. Lately, I've been trying to be a bit more bold with make up and to use a bit more products. I think there is nothing wrong with using make up, but we should be able to feel good even without make up. Beauty products should never hide our natural beauty, only help us to enhance it.

  40. Love your collection, especially the palette! I love nude make up and I think that being natural (or almost natural, haha) - it's the best way of being yourself. Of course sometimes we need bright make up but usual day doesn't need lots of cosmetics. Wanna try some of these products but I don't use L'Oreal... They are testing their products on animals so I avoid buying them. But I hope one day they will refuse from this way of working and... :)

  47. Thank you so much, Amanda! I couldn't live without my lipbalm, it's always in my bag! Happy we have so much in common, my dear!! It's a bit expensive than Maybelline's but it works on my lashes since a couple of years now. Sometimes the consistence is a bit strange so it doesn't create a certain result. I've had to exchange it at the drugstore once. Hope you like it, honey! ;-** Have a great day, Amanda!
