THE BASIC WARDROBE

Every new season we spent a rash of money to create a new wardrobe and find out finally to have nothing to wear. At least this is how I'm feeling sometimes! So, let me tell you: You don't need to go crazy and splurge on every trendy piece. Just create your own basic wardrobe and add a seasonal higlight every now and then. 

JIL SANDER BLAZER, HELMUT LANG TEE  

When we talk about basics, the blazer and the white shirt are definitely a must have! Wear your black blazer with a white blouse or a tee. Add a black lace bra to your wardrobe and wear it under your white tee to create a play between textures.

You can wear this booth it-pieces together of course: with a jeans, skirt or leather pants and still look awesome and well-dressed for sure.

What would your basics be without a dark wash jeans? Either a skinny jeans or a nice boyfriend fit - it's up to you! You can have the niciest wardrobe but it would be nothing without a good old dark denim! To emphasize your feminity, every woman should have a skirt - preferably a black one and maybe even consisted of leather. Very elegant and even with a sweatshirt sophisticated!

Another two pieces you can add to your basic wardrobe are: the soft cashmere cardigan to cuddle up on colder days or to create different layered looks. And a simple white blouse to combine with soft leather leggings but also with bf & skinny jeans, perfect for layering!

Grey is THE colour to have this season! To create a layered look, combine this cashmere knit with a white tee and black leather pants.So you can have a trendy and cosy friend for years and years. Cross my heart, the best two luxury pieces to have for looking outstanding in a very positive way!

RICK OWENS LEATHER JACKET, ISSA WOOL COAT

To keep classy and elegant from head to toe years after years again invest in a good fitted coat and leather jacket. They'll be your constant companions for life since these colours are always "en vogue". On very cold winters I would even wear them together, all layered up in a white tee, cardi. leather jacket and the coat above it all! Not forgetting the scarf around my neck to keep me warm.

And last but not least the accessoires of your basic staples! 

I recommend you to go for the simpliest bag you find, with nice gold or silver details 

upon it, since it's a timeless addition to your wardrobe. To round everything up wear your favourite black ankle boots and you good to go! ;)
