As promised before, I've intended to share one of my fav smoothies on colder days,
especially the christmas time!
And since we all LOVE smoothies why not drinking them at any time of the year, right?!
So here is my recipe:
What you'll need:
1 ripped banana
1 lusho fruit / pomelo (or 2 organic grapefruits)
10 tbsp buttermilk or greek yoghurt
1 (1/2) tbsp honey
Blend the ingredients all together.
If it gets too viscious, mix some more of buttermilk/greek yoghurt inside.
To decorate your smoothie use physalis or bananas and some cinnamon.
